CSIC Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information across our global operations.
II. Data Collection & Usage (USA & Global)
We collect information to provide better services to all our users. This includes:
- Contact Information: Name, email, and website URL provided via forms.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device identifiers.
- When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses. III. Identity Resolution & Data Enrichment (Special US Clause)
To provide a highly personalized experience and optimize our marketing performance, we utilize Identity Resolution and Third-Party Data Enrichment technologies.
- Purpose: We may match anonymized data points collected on our site with verified third-party data sets to identify visitor professional profiles and organizational affiliations.
- Scope: This process allows us to enhance our marketing attribution, personalize service recommendations, and streamline our business development outreach. This data is handled with the same security standards as all other personal information.
IV. Advertising & Tracking (Facebook & Google)
We use the Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These tools allow us to track user behavior to measure ad effectiveness and serve retargeting ads. You may opt-out of these via your browser settings or specialized “Do Not Track” signals.
Meta Platform Data
CSIC Services is a marketing agency CRM used internally by our team to manage client accounts. With explicit authorization from our clients through Meta Business Manager, our system accesses the following data via the Meta Graph API on their behalf: Facebook Lead Ads submissions (name, email, phone), Facebook Page posts and comments, and Instagram Business posts and comments. This data is used solely to deliver the services our clients have engaged us for — lead management, content publishing, and community engagement on their Pages and Instagram accounts — and is never sold or shared with unrelated third parties. Lead and engagement data is retained for the duration of our service agreement with the relevant client and for 1 year afterward for reporting purposes, after which it is deleted. Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest. Anyone — including people who interacted with a client’s Page or Instagram account and are not a CSIC customer themselves — may request access to or deletion of their data by contacting privacy@csicservices.com.
V. GDPR Rights (For European Visitors)
